Sure! You can test out Ordermate on our free plan where you can experiment with 3 orders per month. You are limited to only 3 Ordermations as well, but you will have access to the most useful features. When you are ready to start making more orders, you can upgrade to the Pro plan for more volume!

An Order is counted every time a successful order has been made. An Order can include multiple products and multiple quantities. So an Order is simply when there has been a single transaction made.

For example, if your Order request fails because an item is out of stock or the max price is exceeded, that will not count toward your monthly Order count. However, while your Order requests are in progress, they will count toward your monthly Orders until completed.

Additional orders over the initial 10 included with the Pro Plan will be billed at the beginning of the next month according to the additional orders pricing tiers.

Ordermations are like a shopping cart template. You choose the product(s) you want to buy, set price limits, choose payment type, and shipping address. Save Ordermations for easy rebuying of the same product(s) over and over. Ordermation information can be overridden when triggered via our API or integrations like Zapier.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you choose to upgrade, your plan will renew immediately and your monthly order usage will reset. If you choose to downgrade, you'll still have access to your current plan features through the end of the billing cycle and the next period you will only be billed for your additional orders.

To cancel, you can simply downgrade to the Free plan. If you want your account completely deleted, you can do so in your account settings.

We currently support automated buying from Amazon (US) only. A majority of products are supported except for Prime Pantry Items, Kindles, Alexa Products, and Digital items (eBooks and Digital movies).

We plan to integrate others retailers in the near future like Amazon (UK, Mexico, Canada, and Germany), Walmart, AliExpress, Costco, and more. If you have a request for a particular retailer, please submit your request here.

The Ordermate system is used to automate an order but doesn't have any built-in logic to check for inventory of a particular product. It will fail if the product is unavailable for purchase. But you can build in this logic by integrating with Zapier or your own API that can get notified when a product comes in stock and then automatically triggers an order on Ordermate. You can use a handful of services that check for "back-in-stock" alerts like backinstockalerts.com, nowinstock.net, or many others.
